A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections.  It is a process of checking your home thoroughly for architecture, plumbing, and electrical defects. It is also important to inspect the home from a safety standpoint to make sure it is hazard-free. A professional home inspector will brief the homeowner on all observed defects in the home. Then a comprehensive report will be delivered detailing its condition and what needs to be rectified. 

Before beginning any renovations or after receiving your keys and turning on your utilities, it is generally advisable to have a thorough inspection of your home. We are unable to inspect and test the sanitary and mechanical fittings in the absence of the water and electrical supplies. Inspecting your home before making renovations will help you and the developer avoid a dispute over a claim of defective work.

An examination for defects in a home is crucial and significant, particularly for newly constructed homes. Poor workmanship and priority issues can be checked and identified by our professional building surveyor. This will lower future repair costs for you.

The charges are subject to a few factors which are property type, build up size area and location of the property. You may send in your request and we will quote you accordingly. 

Our inspection service includes three components which are architectural, plumbing and electrical works. All these components include the ceiling, internal/external wall surfaces, floors, doors, window functions, staircase, fixtures, sanitary fittings, electrical testing, drainage system, water leakage test and so on. 

Yes, you need to provide us with the property layout plan and finishing schedule in the S&P agreement. 

You are welcome to join the inspection. Normally, our inspection will take 6-8 hours onsite. If you are free, you can join the inspection toward the end, and we will give a verbal briefing report at that time.

We will send you a soft copy (pdf) of the final defect inspection report via email or whatapps within 3-10 working days after the inspection service.
